The workshop takes place in my kitchen (3 Fenham Hall Drive NE4 9UT Newcastle Upon Tyne).

Each session (about 3 hours) is £50  for a class and £75 for a one-to-one session.

Private session £50 per person for a minimum of 3 people.

Use a template to create the number, the letter or the shape you would like to make with sweet pastry. Fill with a vanilla ganache and use your creativity and imagination to decorate with macarons, fruits.
