Learn how to make the perfect choux pastry.
The workshop takes place in my kitchen (3 Fenham Hall Drive NE4 9UT Newcastle Upon Tyne).
Each session (about 3 hours) is £50 for a class and £75 for a one-to-one session.
Private session £50 per person for a minimum of 3 people.
