GLuten Free Courgette chocolate brownie


After the butternut, the carrot, the beans and chickpea this is another quirky one: The gluten free courgette brownie without butter or oil!



  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 30g cornflour
  • 80g granulated sugar
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200g grated courgette
  • 4 eggs


1- Start by melting the chocolate in the microwaves. 

2- Then grate the courgette.

3- Separate yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with sugar, add the cocoa powder and then the courgette.

4- Then add the cornflour and the melted chocolate.

5- whisk the egg whites up to thick peaks and incorporate gently to the chocolate mixture.


6- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
