Halloween Carrot Cake

OOOyooooooYOOOOoooooo It’s halloween today!

I share with you my cake to celebrate the occasion, very moist and yummy.

For the carrot cake:

.175g brown sugar

.175g sunflower oil

. 3 eggs

.140g grated carrots

. 100g raisins

.50 g walnuts

. Orange zest

.175g self raising flour

. 1tsp bicarbonate soda

. 1 tsp cinnamon

.1/2 tsp nutmeg

For the icing:

. 200g Philadelphia

. 50 g soften unsalted butter

. 85 g Icing sugar

. 1/4 tsp cinnamon

. 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

What you need to do…

1- Preheat the oven at 160 degrees

2- Mix sugar and eggs

3- Add grated carrots, flour, bicarbonate soda, cinnamon, nutmeg then raisins, walnuts& zest

4- Finish by adding the oil

5- Bake for 45 min at 160 degrees

How to assemble the cake

1- Divide into 3.

2- Prepare the icing in mixing Philadelphia, butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla paste.

3- Spread the icing between each layer of cake.

4- Dig a small hole to put a small candle in the middle of the cake.

5- To create the dripping effect of a candle add 1 Or 2 Tsp to the icing and put in a piping bag to do the dripping.
