Coconut Peanut butter energy balls

I start to buy energy balls at Holland& Barrett regularly until my friend nurse and naturopath Lisa had a look at the ingredients and it was not as healthy as it was supposed to be. Finally why would you buy industrial ones when you can make your own batch in 5 minutes for the next 2 weeks?

I have found that one that I share with you.

Quickly done, you can keep them 1 week in a sealed container in the fridge or more in the freezer.


  • 4 Tsp oats
  • 3 Tsp shredded coconut + extra for rolling
  • 4 Tsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tsp peanuts (dry-roasted unsalted I found mine at Morrisons)
  • 6 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tsp golden syrup


Put all your ingredients into the bowl of your food processor, blitz until you get a paste.

Shape 16 small balls and roll into shredded coconut
