Squeeze limes and lemons and pour 150mL in the bowl.
Add 200g of granulated sugar.
Fill that up to 500 mL with hot water, stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add zests of 2 limes and 1 lemon.
Let it rest in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
Put it in the ice maker
