2 ingredients, 10 minutes recipe and it guarantees desserts in the fridge for at least 2 days (or maybe not depending on your willpower! 🙂
You will need coconut cream and chocolate, and for this I say OUI!
- 320 mL coconut cream
- 100 g chocolate (I chose milk chocolate as it is more popular in my house, but you can also use dark of course!)
In the bowl of your mixer, whisk the coconut cream. If you do not have mixer, use an electric one.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave. the golden rule is to be careful with the time and never put 1 minutes at once!
Start with 30 secondes, stir, then 25s, stir …. 10s, stir depending on the melting. Decrease to 5s if you are nearly there.
Then add the chocolate to the whisked coconut cream.
Transfer into little ramequins and let it rest in the fridge.
