A good recipe for those who wants to watch out their weight and continue to eat a bit of chocolate!
A very good surprise quickly done!
- 1 canned black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 large eggs
- 70 g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
- 140g granulated sugar (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 Tsp of oil
- 1 Tsp milk
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 Tsp of tahini
1- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
2- Blend the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, milk, balsamic, baking soda, baking powder and coffee in the blender until smooth and pour into a bowl.
3- Transfer into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, drizzle 1 Tsp of tahini.
4- Bake for 32 -35 minutes
