Gluten Free- Lactose Free Pancakes

  • 180g GF self raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 mL almond milk
  • 40g melted butter
  • 2 Ts coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 TS Rum

I really like the taste of almond milk healthier and easier to digest. Perfect for breakfast!

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla paste, flour, Rum and the milk little by little.
